How does the delivery process work?

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.


How are items packaged?

We package our products in boxes when necessary, which are covered in a plastic layer in applicable cases. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like palettes are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

Reputed 3rd party courier companies/agents.


How much are the delivery charges?

Within Dhaka city, delivery charge is BDT 60 and outside Dhaka city it is BDT 100/120/150.

Note: This may vary upon products weight and size which is in irregular format


What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery for Order inside Dhaka city up to 3 Working days (usual time 24 hours inside Metropolitan) & for outside Dhaka up to 2 working days.


Any order placed after 5 pm will be considered as order of next business day, not as same day.

Business Day: Saturday to Thursday except public holidays.

Delivery might be delayed due the unavailability of the products/arrival of shipments or delay from the 3rd Party Delivery Service.


Most of the time for outside Dhaka we use local delivery companies/3rd party logistic of the country. We will send proper documentations/receipt/memo to the customers as an acknowledgement of our dispatch proof. We wont be liable for delayed delivery which will be caused by the prominent logistic companies (e.g SA/Sunderban/Continental/Janani). But a dedicated customer service agent will be appointed from our end to follow up the parcel for on time delivery.

What’s the order status / delivery tracking functionality?

Courier agent may vary upon delivery location and customer preferences which will also reflects of tracking systems. After placing order, we may redirect to tracking link/sms/phone which varies upon 3rd party solutions. For example you can click below for Sunderban Courier Tracking providing your mobile number


Do we deliver internationally?

We don’t deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within Bangladesh.

However, we are working on starting international delivery to many other countries, so stay tuned!



Customers are requested to check the product in front of the delivery person/Courier Office after payment for any discrepancy while receiving the product.
