Silicon ice rollers such as the Mini Facial Ice Roller are a product that you fill with water and then, once frozen, slide over the area you're treating. This is the coldest and most effective ice roller on the market, but it has drawbacks. A silicone ice roller is best used in a wet environment, like in the bathroom.

HOW TO USE

1. Store the ice roller in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
2. Remove the ice roller from the freezer and let it sit for 5 minutes.
3. Cleanse or prepare your face.
4. Remove the ice roller cap.
5. Start with the forehead and move to the cheekbones, under-eye area, chin, and jawline.
6. Roll the ice roller over your face in a circular motion.
7. Use light pressure and roll outward from the nose.
8. Glide the ice roller on your skin from the center of your face upwards and outwards.
9. Apply your favorite serum and moisturizer.
